So far my visit back to Roanoke, has definatly been an interesting one. In the past two days Ive hung with the greatest people every, gone to one the sketchiest place on earth and met very well some of the most sketchiest people on earth,gotten up 5 am since Ive been here, and got hit in the head with a trunk door, (I now have a huge bruise on my forehead) HAHHA but all in all ive the best time ever!. Hanging out with my wives and the coolest "silent" man there is ;)has definatly been a fun time, and Ive only been two days. Now I just have to go and find all my family and hang out with them and then stuff my face with some turkey and sleep for three days and I'll be set till Christmas, when i come back and do all this all over again!

Like many of my friends I do believe that everythning does happen for a reason. If things dont work out with someone, it wasnt meant to be, and there will eventually be someone in your life that you know was ment to be yours. Yet lately everything that I thought was ment to be, and everything that I thought happened for a reason, seems to be going astray. Everything that thought would happen, gets looked over, and isnt being seen by anyone.There are certain people out there, that after everything that has happened it happened for a speicific reason, to meet somebody new, and see how good that person is and see that maybe they are worth giving a chance to start something great with. Yet all the signs and arrows pointing to these things are looked over and missed, and even though i feel that these things are supposed to be, what if its meant to be that they do miss all these signs and nothing is really supposed tohappen. But what if its is all supposed to happen, but the signs just keep being looked over until its late and the oppurtunity has passed. Do you wait for it come again and hope that this time, nothing is looked over and just pray that they will see whats right in front of their face, or do you jump head first now and hope that they dont laugh in your face at everything that your telling them. Or worse look at you like your crazy and wonder why they even started hanging out with you in the first place. Do risk letting somebody great getting away because your scared to let them know how you feel, or do you jump off the cliff and hope that they are there to catch you and not let you fall on your face. And if everything does happen for a reason, then maybe they will be there to catch you, and if not, then everything you thought was wrong and you no longer trust your instincts on anything and wonder forever whether there really is somebody out there for everybody, and if there is, why havent we met them yet and if we ever will meet them.

I guess its true, all good things must come to an end. Although my once great thing as not yet left, I'm sure it will soon be gone like all things in my life. I shouldnt feel to upset because i know that there is someone in my life that is even more upset than I. When the man youve been dating for three plus years breaks up with because he has a new girlfriend it breaks your heart and it never feels new again. Trust me i know ive been through it. So hopefully I'll be able to help my friend get through this time also. Which is why i also feel guilty about being upset about losing somebody ive only had in my life for such a short while. Yet i let myself fall in love again, and I have a feeling its only going to get me hurt again. I dont know I guess we'll see where the path leads. I guess now i'll have to put my feelings aside and hopefully console my friend that things one day will get better, and she'll meet somebody much better for her and that will make her feel happy and safe again. The only problem is I dont believe this, so how can I convince her of something that I dont even believe myself. I guess the only thing I can do is pray that we will one day find those men that will make up happy, safe and feel love like we've never felt it before. Hopefully its not just all a fairy tale.
